1. National Site Rental's Role

National Site Rental LLC ("NSR") markets, quotes, books, and coordinates portable restrooms, restroom trailers, dumpsters, and related site-rental services. NSR may coordinate fulfillment through independent local providers. NSR does not own, operate, deliver, service, remove, haul, dispose of waste, or perform field services unless expressly stated in writing.

Independent providers are responsible for their equipment, vehicles, drivers, employees, subcontractors, permits, licenses, insurance, disposal, safety, jobsite operations, and legal compliance. NSR is responsible for customer intake, quoting, coordination, payment collection, provider assignment, and customer support as described in these Terms.

2. Website Use and Requests

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Submitting a quote request, contact form, or phone inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, delivery time, provider acceptance, or service approval.

Final pricing, delivery dates, service frequency, rental period, equipment type, and provider assignment must be confirmed by NSR.

3. Quotes, Payment, and Provider Assignment

Customer quotes are issued by NSR and may be based on provider availability, provider costs, site information, service type, location, timing, rental duration, and other job details. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for the period shown in the quote.

Before payment, NSR may tell you that a provider is available without identifying the provider. Provider identity and full assignment details are normally released only after the job is confirmed, assigned, and payment is approved.

Payment must be approved before NSR releases a full work order to a provider. Payment processing fees, taxes, fuel, delivery, pickup, disposal, overage, damage, extra service, or other charges may be included or added as stated in the quote, order confirmation, or these Terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including service address, site contact, phone number, access details, placement instructions, requested dates, rental duration, service needs, permit requirements, prohibited materials, and any site conditions that may affect delivery, servicing, pickup, hauling, or safety.

Customers must provide safe, legal, and reasonable access for delivery, service, and pickup vehicles. Customers are responsible for obtaining permits or approvals unless NSR expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Communication

Customer communication should generally route through NSR. NSR may share the customer's name, phone number, address, site details, and instructions with the assigned provider after the job is confirmed and assigned so the provider can coordinate delivery, service, and pickup.

Providers are not authorized to collect payment directly, change NSR pricing, solicit future direct bookings, or use customer information for anything other than the assigned NSR job.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refund is owed after dispatch. Dispatch means the provider has started meaningful fulfillment, including assigning/rolling a truck, loading or reserving equipment for immediate delivery, heading to the site, or incurring non-recoverable job costs.

Before dispatch, NSR may issue a refund at its discretion, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees, approved provider cancellation costs, or documented costs caused by customer changes or late cancellation.

After delivery, the rental period has begun. No refund is owed for the current rental period unless NSR determines, after review, that a refund or credit is appropriate due to provider failure or another issue.

If an assigned provider fails before delivery and NSR cannot promptly reassign the order to another available provider, NSR will refund the customer for the affected service. Customers are not penalized for provider failures outside their control.

7. Damage, Access Issues, Overage, and Additional Charges

Customers may be charged for blocked access, return trips, relocation, extra servicing, extended rental periods, overweight or overfilled dumpsters, prohibited materials, disposal surcharges, damage beyond normal wear, customer-caused delays, or other extra charges caused by customer instructions, site conditions, or use of the equipment.

Damage and extra charges should be supported by provider documentation when practical. NSR will review the situation and may decide whether and how to bill the customer.

8. Service Issues, Proof, and Disputes

NSR may request delivery photos, pickup photos, service logs, disposal tickets, weight tickets, driver notes, or other proof from providers. If a customer claims non-delivery, missed pickup, poor service, damage, or another issue and the provider lacks supporting proof, NSR may side with the customer after a good-faith investigation.

Customers should contact NSR promptly at info@nationalsiterental.com or (844) 877-2934 if there is a service issue. NSR will review the customer report, provider information, available documentation, and surrounding facts.

9. Provider Network Terms

Provider applications are subject to review. Joining or applying does not guarantee work volume, exclusivity, territory, ranking, customer assignments, or specific payment terms. Providers may reject offered RFQs or work opportunities before accepting a work order.

Once a provider accepts a work order, the provider is expected to complete it unless there is a legitimate issue such as unsafe site conditions, materially wrong information, emergency, blocked access, permit/legal issue, customer-caused problem, prohibited materials, weather, or force majeure.

Provider payment terms, customer contact restrictions, non-circumvention obligations, insurance, licensing, payout timing, and performance requirements are governed by the applicable Provider Network Agreement and work order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. NSR's role is coordination and customer support; field operations and service performance are the responsibility of the assigned independent provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Updates to Terms

NSR may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies unless a written quote, order confirmation, provider agreement, or signed agreement states otherwise.
